Asus F2A85-V Pro (A85X) Motherboard Review

While we are already still in the BIOS, we find ourselves lured towards the Ai Tweaker section to see how far things could be pushed in terms of overclocking. With this, we started to adjust the multiplier of the APU to 46x and increased the voltages and adjusted the load line calibration settings as 46x seemed to be a favourite with this particular APU on other boards.

Sadly though it was stable throughout a lot of tests, 3DMark 11 failed to finish and we found ourselves lowering the multiplier to 45x and findin that this was 100% stable across all tests at 1.475V.

We did try to increase the bus speed to give us a bit more but the system wasn’t budging from 100×45 giving us a final overclock of 4.5GHz.

Now that we have this overclock, we collected our results to compare to stock speeds.
