Asus GTX 670 DirectCU Mini 2GB Graphics Card Review
Heaven is regarded to be one of the most intensive Benchmarking utilities about at the moment along with the likes of 3DMark. It makes use of highly comprehensive tessellation technology, advanced SSAO (screen-space ambient occlusion) and a highly defined light algorithm to produce ever changing light conditions amongst other items.
Moving over to Heaven 3.0, the mini again shows that it is still a force to be reckoned with placing itself right between the two other GTX 670’s from Gigabyte and MSI. Whilst 2560×1600 sees a fraction lower in frame frates, 1920 and 1680 resolutions see figures that give both other cards a run for their money.
excellent, this should hopefully convince a few other vendors to get in on the “mini” action, dual “mini” crossfire and sli set ups anyone ??, exactly, the industry needs a bit of shrinkage, not everyone likes massive pc’s that sound like fridges….Asus should be proud of this achievement, small design, loads of power……..
Some very clever engineering there.
too hot for me, excellent is the asus matrix oc at 66C
