ASUS is one of the biggest names in the world when it comes to high-end gaming hardware. This week, they’ve revealed the latest addition to their range, the ROG Swift PG329Q-W gaming monitor. If it looks familiar, you would be right, as it’s basically a white version of their ROG Swift PG329Q, but that’s certainly no bad thing!
The addition of a matte-white exterior complemented by matte-aluminium accents certainly makes this a beautiful monitor to behold. We don’t see enough white hardware hitting the market in my opinion, so having this option is certainly welcome.
The monitor is certainly well equipped too. IT comes with a 32″ WQHD panel that delivers a 2560 x 1440 resolution. It’ll be pretty smooth too, thanks to Fast IPS technology, a 175Hz refresh rate, 1ms (GTG), Extreme Low Motion Blur Sync, and it is G-SYNC Compatible. It also benefits from, DisplayHDR 600. ASUS Extreme Low Motion Blur Sync (ELMB SYNC) technology enables ELMB together with VRR/G-SYNC Compatible, eliminating ghosting and tearing for sharp gaming visuals with high frame rates.
There are built-in gaming-focused features too, such as Shadow Boost, Game Visual, Game Plus OSD, and both DisplayPort 1.2a and dual HDMI 2.0 port. Overall, it’s sure to appeal to the eSports and enthusiast gaming markets.
