ASUS ROG Z690-I Gaming WiFi Motherboard Review

Packaging & Accessories

The box looks great, with a large photo of the motherboard on the front, showcasing that new LGA1700 socket. There’s a lot of information on the bottom row too, showing us that it supports DDR5, PCIe 5.0, Windows, 11 and more.

Around the back, there’s a list of the main features and specifications, as well as some more detailed images for the Power Stages, PCIe configuration, as well as the rear I/O.

In the box, you’ll find all the usual documentation, some stickers, and a CD; I wish they would change this to a USB drive though.

All the usual cables and required fittings are included, as well as a small daughterboard to add some more SATA ports.

As a child still in my 30's (but not for long), I spend my day combining my love of music and movies with a life-long passion for gaming, from arcade classics and retro consoles to the latest high-end PC and console games. So it's no wonder I write about tech and test the latest hardware while I enjoy my hobbies!
