Gaming Performance
As we’ve already seen in other reviews, Threadripper gaming performance is all over the place. The performance is fantastic, without a doubt, but quad-core CPUs and higher per-core speeds are still king. However, keep in mind that with 16c and 32t, Threadripper can maintain this kind of gaming performance even while you’re streaming, rendering, and doing other content creation tasks. It’s not always about the extra FPS, but about consistency and backend performance for some users, and that’s what TR has to offer by the bucket load.
