ASUS RX 460 DUAL Pictured

With every new generation of graphics cards, the AIB partners invariably add something new into the mix. Usually, that comes as new cooler designs or a new color scheme they are trying out. For this generation, ASUS has introduced their new DUAL series of graphics cards with a new white/black theme and the RX 460 isn’t exempt.
As a part of the DUAL series, the ASUS RX 460 DUAL features a white cooler shroud over the black PCB. The cooler itself is potentially a DirectCU II solution with 0dB mode but lacks the gull wing blade fans of the STRIX. There is a possibility that the card doesn’t even feature a heatpipe at all.
In terms of performance, the card does feature a factory overclock but I wouldn’t expect it to be that much higher than stock. The card carries the normal amount of VRAM at 2GB of GDDR5 and as you can note from the box, it won’t require a 6pin PCIe power connector, drawing all of its power from the PCIe slot. Finally, the card has the reference 1 DP, 1 HDMI and 1 DVI display ports.
