ASUS STRIX GAMING GTX 1060 Graphics Card Review

Far Cry Primal

In Far Cry Primal, the graphics card performs brilliantly and isn’t too far away from matching AMD’s flagship graphics solution. This is an impressive feat given the affordable price point.

Throughout 2560×1440 testing, the frame-rate is relatively smooth and you should be able to maintain 60 with the High preset. Notice how the gap to the Sapphire Nitro+ RX 480 diminishes somewhat.

The graphics card outputs identical data to its closest rival and it’s clear that both products cannot contend with the Ultra preset while pushing so many pixels.
