The ASUS STRIX GAMING GTX 1070 OC isn’t quite able to match its nearest rival but the performance is still worthy of praise.

Once the resolution is increased to 1440p, the GPU retains its advantage over the Gigabyte G1 Gaming GTX 980Ti and isn’t too adrift of the Palit GameRock Premium GTX 1070.

As expected, the GPU starts to struggle while driving so many pixels on a demanding preset and drops below 43 frames-per-second. Saying that, it’s a competitive result and within touching distance of the Palit GameRock Premium GTX 1070.
