Gaming Performance
While this isn’t a “gaming” motherboard, it does still pack all of the same high-end features one would expect from a gaming motherboard. Of course, this is also a good test to see PCIe throughput, which is a big feature of this motherboard anyway. It comes as no surprise then, that it posted some of the best gaming scores we’ve ever had.
While it didn’t take any new high scores, it did post in the high-end for every test. Especially in Rise of the Tomb Raider, where it took 3rd place with 205.57 FPS; not far from the 208.13 top score. Also, Ghost Recon, where it took fourth place with 139.77 FPS. Overall, not a gaming motherboard, but it’s certainly adept enough at it to be used as such.
Scores
- Rise of the Tomb Raider – 205.57
- Deus Ex – 108.9/144.1
- Ghost Recon – 125.1/139.77
- Far Cry – 115/151
