AWD-IT Alpha Doom Gaming PC Review

Storage and USB Performance

CrystalDiskMark – Sequential Read

Here we can see the Samsung 850 EVO reports a commendable sequential read figure and isn’t too far from being in the top three SATA results. Additionally, the mechanical hard drive offers stupendous performance and the USB 3.0 read rate is one of the best on record.

CrystalDiskMark – Sequential Write

The boot SSD’s write performance is splendid and exemplifies the impeccable speeds possible on Samsung EVO drives. Furthermore, the Seagate 1TB mechanical disk did brilliantly and greatly exceeded my expectations. The USB 3.0 performance remained fairly solid and almost attained 160MB/s.
