Babetech at Mod in Taiwan

Here we are at the InWin Mod in Taiwan event and day two is well under way. We’re at the Babetech tables checking out their progress on their InWin 509 chassis mode. It’s still a little unclear what their final design will be, but ith the chassis stipped back, the team, Martin Blass and Stefan Blass, are cutting a huge amount of custom shaped panels, which looks like it’ll form some kind of armour, but we’ll have to wait till day three to see how it all comes together.
Here you can see them cutting even more freaky shaped panels, and a growing stack of ones that are mostly complete.
It looks like these will be the top and front panels, with some additional mounts and covers for radiators.
The interior is shaping up nicely, ith a very interesting fan and radiator arrangement towards the front, as well as a subframe, likely to mount some of those custom panels.
It’s certainly quite vague at the moment and we look forward to checking out their progress tomorrow.
