Backforce V Plus Gaming Chair Review

I must admit that I am new to Backforce, I only recently heard of them when they reached out to us! But that’s ok, it’s a big market, and there are plenty of brands I do not know! However, since they reached out, I’ve been asking around, and it seems they’ve got a pretty solid reputation for quality and comfort, so, we asked to check out their V Plus, which is a premium chair (all their chairs are) and comes in at 499 EUR, which puts it firmly in line with the top models from the likes of noblechair and Vertagear, to name a few.

Backforce V Plus

Aside from its unique design, the V Plus comes in a choice of black, red, purple, blue and green, and they appear to have four eSports designs too, however, the cost can go up to an additional 50 EUR if you pick those ones. What doesn’t change is the unique backrest shape, which comes with both horizontal and vertical adjustable lumbar support, and a synchronous mechanism for more versatile adjustment and locking adjustments (which aren’t available on the standard V model). It ticks all the right boxes for a high-end gaming chair though, with 5D armrests, a full suite of ergonomic adjustments including lumbar, and premium build quality… pretty much what you would expect in this price range really!

Features

  • All features of the BACKFORCE V and additionally
  • 5D instead of 2D armrests, fold away and upholstered (fabric cover)
  • adjustable lumbar support, horizontal and vertical
  • Seat with two zones in different firmness levels
  • high-quality synchronous mechanism, adjustable
  • Gamer-Pulse LED in the backrest
  • seat depth and tilt adjustment
