be quiet! the popular German manufacturer of PC cooling solutions and various other components has today announced its new Pure Wings 3 fan series featuring low minimum RPM speeds alongside high top-speeds delivering peak airflow performance for any scenario.

Pure Wings 3 is be quiet’s latest offering which is available in two sizes of 120mm and 140mm alongside three different versions, 3-Pin, 4-Pin PWM, and 4-Pin PWM high-speed which includes a close loop motor for stable RPM no matter the resistance. These fans have been optimised for unprecedented air pressure and maximum airflow using a cleverly designed frame outlet that minimizes air leaks which is especially beneficial for radiators.
True to their name, these fans are also extremely quiet thanks to both their low starting RPMs and the proven rifle-bearing technology that also allows for a lifespan of up to 80,000 hours. The high-speed 120mm and 140mm variants of these fans are capable of speeds of up to 2100 RPM and 1800 RPM respectively. They feature 9 airflow-optimized fan blades which allow for a high air pressure of up to 2.41 mm/H2O for 120mm and 2.44mm/H2O for the 140mm variant.
