Interior
Removing the back panel, there’s a full-cover panel of noise isolation material back here, which is a great feature to see included.
There’s a lot of room back here too, with dedicated channels and cut-outs dotted around to ensure you can get clean and tidy cable runs.
There are a plethora of holes too, all clearly marked to indicate which can be used to mount HDD and SDD devices.
And even more of them right below that.
There are three fans pre-installed, and they’re all plugged into the hub at the back, but there’s room for up to 8 fans in total, and there are two spare ARGB headers too. The ARGB for the front panel lighting is also already wired in here, so it’s all ready to go.
There’s space in the bottom here to mount a 120 or 140mm fan, a pump, or just extra room for full-height front panel radiators.
Remove the glass and you can see the main compartment is kept very neat and tidy, with a full-length PSU shroud, and large removable covers to the right of the motherboard tray.
I love this subtle Dark Base logo design, it’s just pressed into the panel and angled so you can see it through the tempered glass.
There’s a removable plate here, allowing you the full height of the front panel for thicker and longer radiators.
There’s an alternative ventilated cover included in the box too, and I think I’ll keep this one on, it looks nicer.
There are removable covers for the larger cable routing areas.
Just squeeze and pull, easy enough.
All the fans in this case are utterly fantastic be quiet! Silent Wings 4, has some of the best and quietest fans on the market today, and likely the best fans I’ve ever seen pre-installed on a case.
There are three in total, all 140mm, with one on the front, top and rear of the case.
