be quiet! Pure Power 11 FM (650W) Power Supply Review

Fan Speed

Although the be quiet! Pure Power 11 FM doesn’t come with any sort of ‘hybrid’ functionality, it was immediately obvious when we began our testing that there has definitely been more than a little effort to keep that fan running as quietly as possible. Although when we first turned the PSU one it would start at a higher speed, this would (through a very low ‘click’ noise) quickly drop down to levels that are barely audible. And by barely audible, we mean that you probably will not hear the fan running at all.

This is clearly evident in our results below where the highest speed we recorded still didn’t go above 400RPM.
