Be Quiet! Shadow Rock TopFlow CPU Cooler Review

The numbers say it all. Typical acoustic performance from Be Quiet!

With temperatures way below any PWM thresholds at stock, the fans rarely get past 500RPM so the system is whisper quiet.

Factor in the hefty overclock and we can see the fans actually ramp up a bit. Yet at 44dBA, yet the system is still discreet. Only when a system starts to break the 45dBA barrier does the noise start to become noticeable.

The Shadow Rock Top Flow was significantly quieter than the other “Top-Down” cooler we tested the Reeven Arcziel 12.
