We’re big fans of the be quiet! brand here at eTeknix. From their excellent PSUs and coolers to their premium grade chassis products. Of course, they came to CES 2019 with their latest hardware that we can expect to see on the market over the next few months. We liked the Dark Rock and Dark Rock Pro. However, now they have a much more compact Dark Rock Slim. It features a slimmer tower, ensuring maximum RAM compatibility. It’s also equipped with their award-winning Silent Wings 3 fan.
It features four thick heat pipes and a large contact plate. However, despite the slim form factor, it’ll still deliver cooling for up to 180W, which is pretty impressive! Expect this on the market this month, with a white edition launching in Q2.
Pretty much everything be quiet! creates sticks to that black/orange theme. However, their last white edition chassis proved a huge hit. Now they’re following with some slick new Shadow Wings 2. Personally, I think they should have called them Light Wings 2, but that’s just me.
They’re still the same fans you know and love, just with a new colour scheme.
They’ll be available in the usual sizes of 120/140/200mm and will be hitting the market sometime in the next month or two.
