Belkin releases AC1800 and AC750 dual-band routers and USB Wi-Fi adapters at CES 2013

Belkin recently announced couple of dual-band routers- the AC1800 and AC750- both with 802.11 AC Wi-Fi.
The routers come with IntelliStream to prioritize video and gaming. There’s also a Mediaplay app for displaying content on your TV with Twonky. Both devices also feature Smart Start that allows for quick setup with a mobile device and has USB ports for more connections.
The difference is that AC1800 is for advertised speeds of 300Mbps on 2.4GHz and 1.3Gbps on 5GHz, whereas AC750 is designed for 300mbps on 2.4GHz and 433Mbps on 5GHz. The price tag for these routers are $179.99 and $89.99 respectively.
There’s also an AC Wi-Fi Dual Band USB adapter made for notebooks and ultrabooks with USB 3.0 for “Faster gaming and movie streaming”. It is compatible with 802.11 g/n/ac routers and is advertised with speeds of up to 867Mbps with 802.11 AC via USB 3.0. This adapter is set to arrive in spring and will cost $69.99.
