Benq Reveals Mini LED MOBIUZ 4K Display With 144Hz Refresh Rate

Benq is one of the many companies that manufacture monitors and often provides solid displays for both gamers and professionals. Recently the company has revealed its new MOBIUZ EX321UX, the company’s first Mini LED 4K 144Hz display.

Now the original press release for this is in Japanese (Via TomsHardware) so further details for the Western markets will be available at a later date. Based on the translation, this display is a 32″ Mini LED display featuring a max brightness of 1,000 cd/m2 and offers a 144Hz refresh rate. Its LEDs have been fine-tuned for brightness and contrast to work alongside Benq’s unique HDRi functions. It also offers a remarkably high colour gamut of 99% Adobe RGB and DCI-P3 coverage which, despite its 144Hz refresh rate, points this monitor towards professional uses more so than gaming.

Connectivity

The display includes a robust I/O with 3 HDMI 2.1 ports, 1 Displayport 2.1, and one USB-C port with support for DP alt and 65W power delivery. There are also three USB Type-A ports and a 3.5mm audio port. The press release also mentions a remote control included with the monitor to accompany its support of HDMI CEC.

Price and Availability

As of right now the display only has a scheduled release for May 2024 with no specific dates or pricing not even for Japan, it’s entirely possible this could be a Japan-exclusive launch.
