Beyerdynamic Releases MMX 200, Their First Wireless Gaming Headset

Beyerdynamic is a renowned manufacturer of professional audio equipment who is today releasing their new MMX 200 as their first wireless gaming headset offering studio-quality wireless audio.

Beyerdynamic MMX 200 Wireless Gaming Headset

The new MMX 200 from Beyerdynamic is a wireless gaming headset which offers crystal-clear studio sound and META VOICE microphones all with wireless connectivity for both PC and console. It utilises 40 mm studio driver systems to deliver a clear, comprehensive soundscape which is great for not only gaming but communication, music and movies. Alongside the powerful audio is the META VOICE microphone which uses a 9.9mm capsule to provide lifelike and natural voice capture whilst also suppressing disruptive background noise. This microphone is also detachable when not in use but the headset does also feature a built-in mic for when a sudden call comes in and the META VOICE mic has been detached.

Smart Features

The MMX 200 Wireless also comes with a control wheel which allows for precise volume adjustments without interrupting gameplay. This control wheel also serves as the mute function and Augmented Mode. A META LINK SWITCH allows for seamless switching between Bluetooth 5.3 mode, low latency mode and hybrid mode for optimal wireless connectivity in any situation. This wireless connectivity is powered by a battery that provides up to 35 hours of runtime and is charged via USB-C.

Comfortable Design

The design allows for long-lasting comfort for hours of gaming sessions. The new earpad shape and memory foam-filled faux leather headband with an aluminium bracket ensure an optimal fit with a strong construction. The earpads can also be effortlessly replaced thanks to the bayonet mechanism. This design overall weighs 360g and should comfortably fit on most heads.
