Audio Performance


The Realtek ALC887 audio codec provides an excellent listening experience across a wide range of sample rates. Furthermore, the decibel noise and dynamic range was impressive for a motherboard in this price bracket. Clearly, it’s not the best audio solution on the market, but it’s more than acceptable for the mainstream user.

Admittedly, the audio chipset’s latency was higher than I envisioned but it’s still within a very acceptable range.
