BitFenix launches its new chassis Outlaw

Outlaw is a Mid-Tower ATX chassis that the manufacturer says offers premium features, innovative layout, and superior styling at a ground breaking price point.

We set out to design a value gaming chassis like no other on the market, and the result of that is Outlaw,” says BitFenix Product Manager David Jarlestedt. “Offering features normally found on chassis twice the price, Outlaw is a gaming case that really does break all the rules.

The Outlaw flips the motherboard tray upside down putting the graphics card closer to the roof, the motherboard is accessed from the opposite side of the case (taking off the right panel when looking at the front), this configuration is to allow for better cooling of graphics cards.

The front bezel is coated in the BitFenix soft touch rubber (seen in their other chassis) and contains 4 USB 2.0 ports, the inside is coated in black as are the cables included, the case comes with one 120mm fan as standard but offers space for an additional 7 fans although the two on the side panel can be fitted with 140mm fans, there are also water-cooling holes on the rear of the case.

The case houses 4 5.25″ bays and 4 3.5″ bays and comes with an included 2.5″ SSD mount, the Outlaw has 7 PCI slots so plenty of room for expansion, the case dimensions are (H x W x D) 438 x 180 x 478 mm (ATX Mid Tower)

The Outlaw is due at the beginning of September at a tempting estimated MSRP of $49
