BitFenix Neos Mid-Tower Chassis Review

Exterior
The left side panel is just a plain black panel held in place by a pair of thumb screws, although do remember that you can buy a model with a windowed side panel and we have one with us, so we will take a look at that shortly.
The right side panel is identical to the left side panel.
At the top of the front panel we have a pretty simple I/O section, with all the basics covers. There are two USB ports, one USB 2.0 and one USB 3.0.
One of the real stand-out features of the Neos is the front panel mesh. There are other colour options available, but we have this stunning blue that I personally think looks superb, it’s not too over the top and it breaks up the rest of the chassis which would otherwise be quite bland.
Around the back you’ll find two cable / water routing grommets, a 120mm fan mount, seven expansion slots, six of which feature snap-off covers, the top one is left exposed. There is also a plastic clip-on screw guard and a bottom mounted PSU cut-out with slide out dust filter.
