With the fan controller installed in our Prodigy chassis we can see that it keeps nicely with the black and white theme of the case, combined with the BitFenix branding looking right at home on a BitFenix Chassis.
With the device powered up we can see that it features a stunning white contrast display with a hint of blue, our thermal monitors are connected to our CPU heat sink, ram and input and output chassis fans, providing us with great feed back on the system temperatures in relation to our fans speeds in real time, which is great for finding that ultimate sweet spot in your fan speeds.
With a full Manual or Auto mode being on offer to find the right settings for your system, you are able to select each fan using the 1-5 number buttons, then dial up and down the speed of each fan with the +/- buttons. But in my opinion one of the coolest features on this device is the ability to shut of a fan completely, as you can see our readout is 0000RPM, while not the most useful feature ever, it really helped with testing the performance of each fan one at a time and working out noise levels.
