BitFenix Ronin Mid-Tower Chassis Review

Total build time on the Ronin was 20 minutes, that is pretty quick for any build and this was thanks to the straight forward design of the chassis interior, the Stealth Cover was a little tough to remove, but I guess I could also mark that down as it being “well fitted”. Everything fit with ease and I was even able to install out Corsair H100i in the top with relative ease, but it certainly seemed to be the limit in terms of water cooling size. The fans are just touching our ram modules and while I could have mounted the fans in a pull configuration above the top panel (under the top cover), I thought this would be a better test of the interior dimensions.

I’ve removed the middle HDD bay as I didn’t need that many HDD bays and I like having a clear shot from the front fans to the GPU.

In the back we can see that the tidy cable management has left the interior clean and unobstructed, so any airflow into and out of the chassis should be fairly free flowing.

The H100i looks great in the top of this case and I was able to utilise some of the smaller cable routing holes above the motherboard to keep the extra fan cables nice and tidy.

With the Stealth Cover back in place we see that the build looks super clean, no sign major signs of cables or HDD bays.

With the side panel back in place we see a nice clear view of the motherboard, graphics card and CPU cooler. You can also see the Stealth Cover through the window, which is just begging to have some LED lighting thrown behind it and some extra funky Vinyl added to it.
