Final Thoughts
This case shows off a much cleaner, more professional look than we’ve seen on other cases from BitFenix such as the Colossus yet still manages to capture the essence behind BitFenix. The looks include a rubber surface for protection and unique styling whilst the inside carries on the all black theme with some fantastic locking features for installation of your components. When you are ready to install your components, you will realise how much room is available for a mid-sized tower chassis and cable management is a real delight to perform and can be done quickly and efficiently.

The pre-installed fans are more than sufficient for even the most extreme users and provide a good airflow whilst remaining silent and with the option of adding additional fans to various areas of the case, the scope for better cooling is a path that can be easily taken. Most users will find that extra fans aren’t needed and at around £50-£60. the case has amazing value for money considering what it has to offer in terms of style and performance.

The only real downside is that this case doesn’t include USB 3.0 as most cases on the market does, but a nice amount of USB 2.0 ports are included instead and thankfully FireWire has been ditched alltogether.

We are really pleased with this case, and especially satisfied with the cable management features of this case, as once you’ve tidied everything up, you can gaze through the window and take a look at your handy work.

Pros:

  • Stylish
  • Rubber protection
  • Compact size
  • Fantastic cable management

Cons:

  • Lack of USB 3.0
  • Expansion slots aren’t ventilated

We would like to thank BitFenix for supplying this sample
