Black Ops gets new map pack

Call of Duty: Back Ops is getting its fourth and final map pack later this month. This new DLC is slightly different from the previous ones as there will be no competitive multiplayer maps. The Rezurrection map pack will contain five levels for the zombie co-op mode. Four of the five new maps will be remastered versions from Call of Duty: World at War (Nacht der Untoten, Verruckt, Der Riese, and Shi no Numa).
Black Ops publisher Activision said:
If you were introduced to Zombies gameplay with Black Ops, these are the historical maps that will fill in some of the backstory for you – and in addition to updated weapons and polish, they each still have their own surprises to offer.
The fifth and final map is called Moon. There isn’t many details about this map but we are told that ‘rules of engagement are changing’ and that there will be surprises. Maybe this is a hint towards a new direction for the Call of Duty franchise.
The Rezurrection map pack will be released first on Xbox 360 on August 23rd for 1200 Microsoft points (which is roughly £10) but if you are the owner of the Hardened or Prestige version of the game then you can download this for absolutely free. The date for the PC and Playstation versions was not announced but these tend to be released about a month after.
