Although browser-based Blood and Jade just barely kicked off alpha testing two weeks ago, the free-to-play game is already powering ahead into open beta. It seems that International publisher R² Games has announced that starting tomorrow, their massively multiplayer online role-playing game which is set in ancient China will be entering a new and vastly improved beta testing phase.

Thanks to the dedication and tenacity of Alpha users, the opening of the Xianyang server heralds a new beginning for Blood and Jade. Discovering the drama of the Warring States has never been easier. Players will rise from humble beginnings to become a master of martial arts, contending with the forces of evil in battles that will determine the fate of ancient China. Accompanied by the legendary Goddesses and armed with the relics of a lost dynasty, skillful players will become unstoppable!
