Borderlands 3 Benchmarked! [15 Graphics Cards Tested]

Known Issues and Fixes
Xbox One / PlayStation (all variants)
Performance drops when one player enters a menu in splitscreen. The fix for this one is basically don’t open a menu when someone is in combat. Wait to you retire to the side, and take a menu break.
FPS/Scaling issues in splitscreen. Dropping FOV to 70 for both players, and also forcing your console to 1080p non-HDR mode can help.
Tiny UI text. Unfortunately, there’s no fix for this one at the moment other than sitting closer to the TV.
PC and Consoles (all)
Player drifting to one side. A simple one, if you’re playing on a controller, set the inside deadzone on the left stick just a little higher than the default.
Aiming latency seems high. Again, a simple fix, just set the inside deadzone lower on the right stick to sharpen it up a bit.
PC Only
Aiming through a scope or similar causes huge FPS drops. Plus, other general performance drops. This is a strange one, but an easy fix for now. Rather than settings the game to High, Ultra, etc, graphics. Set it to LOW or MEDIUM. Then manually turn up the settings to High or above. This seems to massively improve performance. I’m guessing there’s a bug in the default profile. This doesn’t seem to have an effect on the in-game benchmarking too though.
More Bugs
It’s a huge game, there are other bugs. However, those above are the only real big ones we ran into. However, I suggest this thread on reddit if you find any more, it helps to keep them all in one place.

Latest HotFix [19/09/2019]
“A hot fix is automatically applied at the Main Menu when Borderlands 3 is connected to the internet. In general, hot fixes are used to temporarily address issues between major updates. Hot fixes are not permanent – they are temporarily stored in memory during the game session and lost upon exiting Borderlands 3. To ensure that you receive hot fixes, make sure that your system is connected to the internet when Borderlands 3 boots up and hang out on the Menu screen for a minute. We are aware that the below list does not include issues that the community is immediately concerned with. We are hard at work evaluating performance problems and potential solutions for them. In the meantime, these are some balance updates that we can do quickly” – Gearbox
