In the wake of its third-quarter financial report, Take-Two has confirmed during an earnings call that Borderlands 3 is in development.
Set to be the fifth game in the FPS franchise, following last year’s Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel and TellTale’s episodic spin-off Tales from the Borderlands, Borderlands 3 is set for release on PC and current-gen consoles, meaning that PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 owners are set to miss out.
Take-Two has not yet given any indication as to when the game will be completed, let alone potential release dates.
