Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel Season Pass Detailed
Peter Donnell / 10 years ago
Borderlands 1 and 2 are easily some of my all time favourite games, I’ve spend hundreds upon hundreds of hours playing them on split-screen co-op with my partner and can’t wait for the new edition in the series to be launched. As great as the games are, the biggest feature for Borderlands titles is easily the DLC, often amassing to a greater amount of content than the stock campaign and it’s expected the same will be true of the new entry in the series.
As with most DLC, the new content will come at a price, which we now know will cost $9.99 each, which is roughly £7 here in the UK. The season pass will be made available for just $29.99 (about £20) and will represent a 25% discount of the single item prices for each DLC combined.
Those who chose to take out the pre-sequel pre-order at selected retailers will also get a download of the Shock Drop Slaughter Pit, although this download will be made available at a later date, not at launch.
Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel is set for release on October 17th in Europe and October 14th in North America on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC.
