Gaming Performance
Grand Theft Auto 5
The combination of the Venom’s Titan X and extreme-grade processor results in insurmountable benchmark results at 1080p and 1440p. I was actually surprised how much of a gain the Venom had over the Skylake 980Ti Azure system at almost every resolution imaginable.
Metro Last Light
In Metro Last Light, the gap is less pronounced but still indicates how powerful the Venom is as a fully-fledged gaming PC. The majority of this performance comes from the Titan X, but certain games do benefit from multi-core CPUs.
Tomb Raider
Tomb Raider is a visual masterpiece and beautifully optimized. As a result, elite systems such as the Venom encounter zero problems exceeding 144 fps at 2560×1440. I was amused to see over 200fps at 1920×1080 which emphasizes what kind of resolution should be purchased to drive the graphics card to its full potential.
Bioshock Infinite
It’s astonishingly close between the Venom and Azure at mainstream resolutions with both managing to maintain a fluid, framerate without any major hitching or noticeable dips.
