Super PI
Super PI is a computer program that calculates pi to a specified number of digits after the decimal point—up to a maximum of 32 million. It uses Gauss–Legendre algorithm and is a Windows port of the program used by Yasumasa Kanada in 1995 to compute pi to 232 digits.
Systems Comparison
Whilst the A10 APU is one of slower times recorded for a 32M calculation, we do note that it is just a little bit faster than the FX-9590 brute that powers the all-AMD system from Cyberpower. This shows us that whilst a processor may look better on paper, it’s not necessarily going to be the better performer all round in the real world.
