Bulldozer is nearly upon us, just over a week today and it arrives. The official release date an time is October the 12th at 6PM CET which means the UK will get its first glimpse of the new Bulldozers at 5pm, while the East Coast of America has access at lunchtime and the West Coast can get it at 9am. There is sure to be much reaction, debate and reviewing going on as AMD launches the FX series processors in quad, hex and eight core varieties. What everyone will be waiting to find out is can Bulldozer take on Sandy Bridge and win. Only time will tell but certainly all varieties of Bulldozer look impressive, with 12MB-16MB of cache and clock speeds of up to 4.3GHz with turbo mode these will certainly be the fastest processors AMD has ever produced.
