Call of Duty WW2 Gets Nazi Zombies Co-op Survival Mode

Just in case being in the middle of a realistic WW2 environment is not enough to scare you, Sledgehammer Games is turning the danger up a notch with zombies in the latest Call of Duty. Not just any zombies of course, but Nazi Zombies. Don’t let the lack of Swastika on their clothing fool you (maybe it will be unlockable in supply drops). They are bonafied, zombified Nazis, and they are the antagonists on a special co-op survival mode for the upcoming Call of Duty WW2.
Set in the snowy Bavarian village of Mittleberg, Germany, players will be charged with recovering stolen artifacts. It is just like that WW2 movie starring George Clooney and Matt Damon that nobody watched. Except of course with an entire undead Nazi battalion after the player, and has actual entertainment value.
According to Sledgehammer Games boss Glen Schofeld, they poured in a lot of hours and effort crafting this co-op mode. They want the lore to be believable and incorporates plenty of local myths that would make the story compelling. He is also promising plenty of jump scares and a much better zombie experience than any previous Call of Duty games. Of course he will say that since he is selling the game. Although to be fair, the trailer does seem to be more horror-focused than any Call of Duty Zombie survival game ever before.
Call of Duty WW2 Release Date
