Call of Duty: WWII Pre-Load Now Available—90GB on PC

Call of Duty: WWII is launching soon on November 3rd, but Sledgehammer Games has now begun letting players pre-load ahead. The release will be simultaneous on all platforms including PS4, XBox One and the PC. However, the pre-load sizes vary. For Xbox users, the pre-load size is at 45GB while PS4 users have a slightly larger 56.5GB pre-load. PC users with their considerably more powerful hardware actually require almost twice that of consoles, at 90GB.

The PC open beta only needed 25GB last month, but the complete version also includes several enhancements and updates. This includes an Field-of-view slider, manual framerate cap of up to 250 fps, widescreen and 4K monitor support. Naturally, that means larger textures as well hence the massive size.

In terms of system requirements, not much has changed from the beta other than file size. It is completely understandable since the final requirements should actually be more lenient than the CoD WWII beta.
