The Game Awards 2018
For the first time in years, The Game Awards are going to be about a lot more than who wins the best for which category. Over the last couple of weeks, it’s become more and more clear that many developers plan to use this platform to announce some pretty huge game releases. We know, for example, that Ubisoft will likely announce Far Cry 5. In addition, there are also rumours that Capcom might drop a demo for the Resident Evil 2 remake and that Bioware may announce Dragon Age 4.
In other words, as far as we’re concerned, it’s more about the news and announcements rather than who wins what!
If you were looking to watch it yourself, European viewers might have a late night, but it could all well be worth it!
Where Can I Watch It?
The Game Awards will be streamed live on YouTube. This will start at 1:30 am GMT (9 p.m. EST/6 p.m. PST for our American friends) and is expected to last anything between 3 to 6 hours. We have copied in the video below so if you do want to watch it, you can do so right here! Isn’t that nice of us!
