CeBIT 2015 is now officially in full swing, after the event kicked off with the opening ceremony this evening. With over 2500 invited guests in attendance, as well as speakers such as Angel Merkel, the Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany, Jack MA, the Founder and Executive Chairman of the Alibaba Group and many more.
This years event is set to be a big one, with more than 3400 companies from 70 countries, showcasing their latest and greatest products. China is the official partner country of CeBIT 2015, and Chinese Vice Premier Ma Kai gave a keynote speech during the opening ceremony. This year will mark a major increase in the number of Chinese companies attending CeBIT.
Internet and mobile technology has always been a strong focus for CeBIT and this year looks to be no different. With Jack Ma stating in his opening keynote that the world will be connected by data, instead of oil.
With many of the greatest name in technology already here at the show and many more ready to display and discuss their products at the exhibition halls from tomorrow, we’re very excited to see what is on offer.
