This new M.2 SSD from Cervos is designed with a compact 2242 form factor perfectly suited for industrial embedded systems. Alongside it’s small form factor, it also features low power consumption which is an important concern with many industrial systems. The drive features Gen 3 speeds of 1780 MB/s read and 160 MB/s write and utilises a B+M key Gen3+2 interface. Users can also expect high endurance and reliability with SLC caching technology, built-in LDPC ECC, 3D NAND Flash supporting Bad Block Management, S.M.A.R.T and Dynamic Thermal Throttling.
