Cherry MX 10.0 RGB Mechanical Keyboard Review

I’m not going to beat around the bush here. I’ve had this keyboard on my desktop for two days now, and I absolutely love it. It’s one of the nicest typing experiences I’ve had in ages. I’ve actually been using a membrane keyboard for a while now, the Roccat Horde AIMO. I need something with a short travel, light keys, and that’s accurate and quiet. The Cherry MX10 ticks all of those boxes and then some.
The RGB isn’t “Corsair-bright” but it’s tasteful and vibrant. The front is very slim and laser-etched, plus the gaps between those wider caps are pretty slim so you don’t get a lot of backlighting. However, you get enough! I think it looks stunning.
For work and gaming, this thing is a beast. The ultra-flat and low profile keys are incredibly fast. For touch typing, it’s just a joy to use and feel really natural.
Then if you’re a gaming, the fact that this is a silky smooth mechanical means you get a really positive experience.
The addition of their software suite means you can customise the RGB to suit your needs. Plus, you can program everything else while you’re at it. Overall, it’s just one of the best product experiences I’ve had in a while.
