Complete System

The Stallion 3 is a pretty big case, so even with an E-ATX motherboard dropped in there, there’s quite a shocking amount of space still available. I may even go as far as to say this case is a little too long from front to back for most users’ needs. However, that extra space is great for massive graphics cards and any requirements for thick radiators in the front, so it’s certainly not space that needs to be wasted.

The GPU support arm is really cool, being able to move it forwards, backwards and up and down means you can easily get the support you need for up to two separate cards.

The airflow within the case is excellent, with a massive mesh front panel, intakes on the bottom and mesh at the top of the case, it’s easy to get cool air in and warm air out. Of course, having a wall of 120mm fans in the front ensures every component gets the airflow it needs.

There’s good space for a decent air cooler too, with the Noctua U12S fitting with ease. However, the D15S would likely be a little too tall, or at least extremely close to the glass. There’s good clearance in the top though, and you could easily get a slim radiator up there.

There’s excellent cable routing throughout the case, and there is a vertical pass-through for the GPU. However, it would be better if it were closer to the glass side, but overall, it still works well enough.

The ARGB on the fans is great, with really distinct and vibrant effects and colours.

You can control everything at the touch of a button, so there’s really no need for desktop software. There are a lot of profiles too, so you should be able to find something that suits your taste.

I love that there are two light bars on the front panel, they have multiple lights in each and sync up with the internal fans for added flair.

I like that you can adjust the effect speed too, so everything isn’t seizure-inducing, or is, depending on your own preferences.

Overall, I love this case, it’s really funky, it’s got loads of room, and pretty lights may not be for everyone, but for the Stallion 3, they work.

What do you think of the design, would this look good in your gaming setup?
