Midnight Club 2 is a classic racing game released by Rockstar Games in 2003, yeah I bet you’re feeling old after reading that. Well if you’re one to get excited about remasters, an RTX Remix mod has been revealed for this old school game.
This RTX Remix mod for Midnight Club 2 was created by Hemry81 and is currently in Beta. The mod joins in with many other RTX Remix projects, which you can find out about in our guide to RTX Remix, and really brings a new life into the game. The video below showcases the mod which features higher res asphalt textures, improved reflections on cars and buildings and improved lighting effects.
This mod is in beta and currently it seems only the first map has been remixed, you also may notice that the windows in the buildings are a bit broken but this of course will be fixed over time.
If you would like to try this out yourself, visit the mod’s Github page.
