Club3D Stop Nvidia Products And Move Exclusively To The Red Team (AMD)

Club 3D are a well known VGA channel partner and were, up until a few days ago, both an AMD and Nvidia graphics card channel partner. However, as of recently Club 3D have decided to axe their partnership with Nvidia in favour of moving to work with AMD only.
The move comes as a surprise as Club 3D produced a lot of Nvidia cards for the GTX 600 and 500 series, although their range of custom models was much more extensive for the AMD side of things. I personally find it strange that Club 3D are totally axing Nvidia for the GTX 700 series when it has only just been released and AMD has nothing to counter it yet. However, the move is less surprising given the fact that Club 3D’s main VGA channel partner are an AMD exclusive brand (under their Powercolor and VTX3D brands).
According to Club 3D they and Nvidia will still honour the warranties on all Club 3D Nvidia graphics cards. In selected markets Club 3D will offer AMD-equivalent replacements for the RMA procedure if customers would rather have that AMD graphics card than a replacement of their current one. If they would rather have their current graphics card then they of course can have that.
Club 3D’s move is a clear acknowledgement that they believe AMD are leaders in the graphics card space. Personally, I prefer to see companies offer a balance of both vendors as both AMD and Nvidia have their respective advantages. What are your thoughts on Club 3D’s decision?
