COLORFUL Reveals Two New White Z790 Motherboards, The Z790D5 FLOW and ULTRA

Today Colorful has announced two new Z790 motherboards which are readily equipped for Intel’s latest 14th-generation processors alongside DDR5 memory. Both of these motherboards feature white designs that cater for two different kinds of styles and are packed with features.

COLORFUL iGame Z790D5 FLOW

The design of the iGame Z790D5 FLOW reflects upon its naming with an aesthetic inspired by the “flow” of the waves. The heatsinks feature this wavelike pattern as well as some RGB lighting eliciting a calm and refreshing look compared to the sharp edges of most motherboards. It is equipped with an 18+1+1 Power Phase (Dr MOS 90A) alongside an eight-layer PCB, Aerospace-Grade Tantalum Capacitors and 30μm Gold-plated Contacts. This board is also storage ready with four PCIe 4.0 M.2 slots, six SATA ports and high-speed USB 3.2 Type C connectivity.

Key Features:

  • Supports 14th, 13th, and 12th Generation Intel Core Processors
  • 18+1+1 Power Phase Design (Dr MOS 90 A)
  • 30μm Gold-plated Contacts on DIMM slots and PCIe slots
  • Alloy-reinforced DDR5 slots
  • Supports DDR5 memory, up to 192 GB capacity and up to 8200 MT/s (OC)
  • Aerospace-Grade Tantalum Capacitors
  • Four high-speed PCIe 4.0 M.2 slots
  • Six SATA ports
  • USB 3.2 Gen 2×2 Type-C 20 Gbps (supports PD3.0 @30 W)
  • 2.5 GbE + WiFi 6E
  • Supports RGB Lighting synchronization via iGame Center App
  • Debug LCD for easy troubleshooting

COLORFUL iGame Z790D5 ULTRA

The iGame ULTRA takes its design from the ULTRA Series graphics cards and has been created to complement them in a full system. It features the pop art style and holographic designs that the graphics cards have and fits well in a flashy showcase system. Like the FLOW, this motherboard also features the same 18+1+1 Power Phase alongside the various other features.

Key Features:

  • Supports 14th, 13th, and 12th Generation Intel Core Processors
  • 18+1+1 Power Phase Design (Dr MOS 90 A)
  • 30μm Gold-plated Contacts on DIMM slots and PCIe slots
  • Alloy-reinforced DDR5 slots
  • Supports DDR5 memory, up to 192 GB capacity and up to 8200MT/s (OC)
  • Aerospace-Grade Tantalum Capacitors
  • Four high-speed PCIe 4.0 M.2 slots
  • Six SATA ports
  • USB 3.2 Gen 2×2 Type-C 20 Gbps (supports PD 3.0 @30 W)
  • 2.5 GbE + WiFi 6E
