Computex: Enermax Launch Several New Chassis Designs

We’re big fans of Enermax here at eTeknix, so much so that we’ve build several of our own display systems using their chassis, the Fulmo GT, Ostrog GT and many others are really robust and are fairly kind to your wallet in terms of budget. It’s because of this that we couldn’t wait to see what they had on offer at Computex and given that we’ve already seen some fantastic coolers and other products from them at this years Computex, things can only get better.

The Hoplite Eco is more a revision than anything, but it’s still a great looking chassis and I’m really liking what they’ve done with the side panel. A full interior paint job, modular storage and plenty of ventilation make this a well rounded product.

Oenus GT has room for a dual socket motherboard and still pack a radiator in the top of the chassis.

A pair of 2.5″ HDDs can be tucked away under an extra HDD bay in the 5.25″ section.

A 2nd rad can also be fitted in the bottom of the chassis, handy when you have dual CPU’s to keep cool.

The Oenus is an odd named beast, but with modular storage, radiator support, eATX motherboard support and the usual high build quality that Enermax are known for it certainly does look great. It’s somewhere between the Fulmo GT and Ostrog GT in terms of design and functionality, but that is no bad thing.

We’ve already seen the Ostrog chassis here at eTeknix, in fact we review it a while back and you can check that article here, but it certainly does look great with a pink and cream pain job.

Here we have one of their new Micro ATX cases, a fairly simple design and I can’t say that motherboard does it much justice, but with  full ATX PSU, a little cable management and a 240mm radiator in the top it certainly seems competent in its capabilities.

There are some great products here from Enermax and while nothing leaps out at me as a massive departure from their current rages there are still some nice improvements and a great variety of chassis sizes, we especially like the Oenus and we hope to get on in for review shortly to take a closer look.
