Cooler Master is unveiling its latest chassis at Gamescom in Cologne, Germany. The Cooler Master Cosmos SE is Cooler Master’s mid-tower variant of the popular Cosmos 2 chassis. The design retains the same modularity of the Cosmos 2 with removable HDD bays and support for lots of radiators including a front 360mm and a top 240mm. Like all cases in the Cosmos series it features the aluminium handles at the top.
Official details on the Cosmos SE are actually pretty sparse so far and we are still waiting for Cooler Master to reveal the product in more detail. We saw it at Computex 2013, and from that we were able to see that that it supports up to ATX motherboards, has plentiful radiator support thanks to the modular design and has aluminium feet/stand-offs at the bottom to complement those aluminium handles at the top.
The I/O of the product features dual USB 3.0, dual USB 2.0 and the HD Audio ports. It retains a brushed aluminium and steel construction. We were told back at Computex that it would arrive “soon” and with it being fully unveiled at Computex expect it to arrive within the next few weeks.
