Ryan Martin / 11 years ago
On the back of the Cooler Master Elite 120 Advanced chassis that was released back in mid 2012 Cooler Master have come out with an updated Elite series ITX chassis. The Elite 130 is designed to improve on the Elite 120 and bring more added features. The Elite 130 supports mini-ITX motherboards and includes a large meshed front panel. The Elite 130 can support the fastest Nvidia and AMD cards on the market including the AMD HD 7990 and Nvidia GTX Titan. Full length ATX power supplies can also be installed as well as one 5.25 inch device and up to five SSDs/HDDs.
In the front there is room for a thick 120mm radiator, notably 120mm AIOs will appeal here such as the Seidon 120M.
The main change over the Elite 120, apart from some minor styling differences, is the removable hard drive bays. Pricing is not revealed but will be revealed as the case pops up on retailer listings soon, expect pricing very close to that of the Elite 120. Availability is immediate though it isn’t yet known if Cooler Master will phase out the older Elite 120 or keep both products active.
