A Closer Look

The mosue comes hard wired with a good quality braided cable in a black finish, complete with a gold plated USB connection.

The left side of the mouse features a deep ergonomic scoop, this provides a nice resting position for your thumb and helps keep the three control switches in easy reach. At the top edge we have back two switches, while toward the front we have the choke switch.

The back of the mouse features an etched aluminium panel with the CM swirl logo on it, while the top centre of the mouse features a strip of lighting.

The bulk of the mouse exterior is coated in a soft touch rubber that provides a nice level of grip and comfort.

The scroll wheel is made from metal and feels really heavy under your finger, but it still turns with litter effort and has a really nice, if somewhat subtle click to it while turning. It’s also heavily textures with a criss-cross diamond pattern. The mouse wheel can be clicked in and there are two more switches behind that, bringing the total number of switches to 8 (including the scroll wheel).

The underside of the mouse features three Teflon slip mats, a large one down each side and a smaller one toward the back. Here you can also see the cut-away toward the front of the mouse that allows the cable join to be recessed out of sight.
