Cooler Master CM310 RGB Gaming Mouse Review

Final Thoughts
How Much Does it Cost?
The Cooler Master CM310 hasn’t been on the market long. However, it launched with an MSRP of around £35. It’s still available at that price in some places too, but if you shop around, you can get it on offer for as low as £25, which is simply incredible value for money. You’ll be hard pushed to find a better mouse for the same or less. I may even grab one for my spare travel mouse at that price.
Overview
The latest affordable gaming mouse from Cooler Master gets pretty much everything right. Sure, there’s only one missing feature as far as I can see, and that’s right side buttons. This could have been an extremely competitive fully ambidextrous mouse given the ergonomics. However, maybe that would have increased the price. For right-handed users though, it’s ticking all the right boxes here and you’ll have no complaints.
Ergonomics
It’s a very comfortable mouse to use day-to-day, and as nimble as you would hope when it comes to gaming. The weight distribution, symmetrical design, and the rubber grip side panels all add up nicely. I have quite large hands, so palm rest is my go-to with this mouse. It’s big enough to fit my hand, without feeling oversized.
Performance
The Pixart A3325 sensor is the real winner on this mouse. Offering a DPI range of 500 – 10,000, it’s certainly fit for any task. From precision Photoshop editing, up to rapid tracking on high-resolution displays. It’s more likely most users will work in the 2000-4000 range though, which is where the sensor feels its most fluid and manageable. Combine that with the responsive 8-button design, and you’ll leave wondering just how this mouse is so affordable.
Should I Buy One?
Are you in the market for a quality work and gaming mouse, but don’t want to spend a lot of money? Then the CM310 more than fits the bill. Great style, ergonomics, features, and some snazzy RGB thrills thrown in for good measure. If you can beat that for less money, let us know in the comments!
