Cooler Master Explore VR and AR at CES 2017

Cooler Master may develop a lot of hardware, but they also work closely with creators in the world of software, gaming, 3D printing and more. Their modular chassis designs are great for sparking innovation, as demonstrated by their systems here at CES 2017. This Maker 5t has been tweaked with a new front panel, giving it front I/O HDMI ports that make it ideal for VR.
Sometimes simply seeing the chassis isn’t enough, you want to pull it apart, explore every component, every configuration, but this can be extremely time-consuming. Cooler Master has been working on an AR app, simply place down the target and point your phone/tablet at it to explore the product in 3D!
It’s pretty amazing to see in action, allowing you to look in and around, move components, turn lights on and off, add/remove fans and much more in real-time. This is an incredible sales tool for Cooler Master and we can’t wait to see it being used more often.
Speaking of innovation and VR. Check out this lovely modded Elite 110 chassis. It’s a custom job but shows an idea that CM could release in the future, with a built-in display for VR monitoring, a built-in carry handle for portability and with room for something like the 1050 Ti or RX 460, it’s great for gaming on the go.
